year, comparing consumption patterns and pricing arrangements against our
database. This identifies any potential refunds your company may be owed. We
then examine all possible charging options for the forthcoming negotiable
period and single out those most suited to your business.
From here we enter into the negotiation phase. We use our broad expertise
in the utilities and telecoms industries and the contacts we have gained
within them to strike the best deals for your company. When necessary we
also draw on a network of specialists in areas such as water, lighting, and
combined heat and power to further trim costs.
Thereafter, Quantum Analysis ensure you are achieving the highest
possible saving by continuously monitoring your energy consumption
patterns and current market data. Using these we identify new saving
opportunities as they occur.
Service costs
Fees for the QA service can be set in a variety of ways: -
A set annual fee based upon your annual spends of energy. A fee based upon a share of any savings and refunds gained. A brokerage basis where the supplier adds a set amount to their costs.
We are open to discuss each of these options and be as flexible in the service we provide. We aim to provide a tailor made service and our simple service agreement looks to reflect this. At the end of the day if your not happy with the service we provide then we are likely to lose our working relationship, which can only be to our detriment.
Efficiency and Conservation
As an additional service, we can offer a comprehensive technical survey by
one of our consultants. By surveying your premises we ensure your energy
resources are being used as efficiently and effectively as possible and identify
any additional savings you may be able to make. A report of recommendations is
drawn up and if necessary Quantum Analysis can oversee their implementation.
