Case Studies

These case studies highlight just a few examples of how we have made significant reductions in our client's telecoms and utility bills.

Immediate action or Delay

The problem today in making a decision on whether to finalise a deal for the delivery of energy is continual. Prices very on a regular basis and when a supplier submits a quote this may only last for one or two days. Sometimes it is impossible to get a comparison between suppliers as they send quotes on different days. We have seen prices received on one day increasing the next due to market changes. In other situations the price received reduces the following day for the very same reason. Our aim is to get comparitive data on the same day and at a time when market prices are at a low point. We can no longer guarantee to be at the lowest market point. A minor incident can affect the market - look what happened when a volcano sends out ash - everything changes!

Billing Problems

We have just processed a number of revised utility bills for a client - the second time it has happened. The supplier is claiming reimbursement for meter readings errors and unpaid bills that date back to 2004. This was a repeat of identical action that took place exactly a year ago - the supplier trying to get their accounts inorder for the end of the financial year?! A year ago a refund was promised, although neither we or the client could quantify but thought, if the supplier is happy to pay out - then great. The money was never received and a change in supplier meant the matter was already 2 years out of date - forget it. Now, another year later, the same has happened. After a lot of copy correspondence being sent a further refund has been promised although the client was originally being asked for £83k.
